About the Author
Robert Pater is an organizational/staff development consultant, a martial arts instructor, and an expert on safety in the workplace. He has earned a second-degree black belt in Aikibujitsu and has also studied Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, and Aikido for many years. Since 1972 he has been conducting management seminars for clients such as James River Corporation, Federal Reserve Bank, Hewlett-Packard, Shell Oil, GTE, United Telephone, and the Internal Revenue Service.
