Product Description

Until recently, it was impossible to find anyone who would take the disease of assholism seriously. Author X. Crement, M.D. corrects this omission with this encyclopedic introduction to the problems of assholism. Written primarily to help recovering assholes become decent human beings once again, A**holes No More has become an underground bestseller. It has been used in police training schools, alcholic recovery programs, and much more.

About the Author

Xavier Crement, M.D., began his medical career as a proctologist, but switched to psychiatry when he realized how widespread the epidemic of assholism is. After writing the three books in the Asshole Saga, he went into seclusion, believing that he was being persecuted by the Brown Conspiracy, a league of dedicated assholes. He has not been heard from since.

5.0 out of 5 stars Assholes beware!, April 5, 1997
By A Customer
Breezy, crass and brutally honest -- X Crement skewers the troglodytes in all of us. From Flaming Assholes to the Sissy Asshole, nobody is spared from his devastating satire. all-too-painfully-true insights into the nature of the obnoxious bastards that make our lives a living hell -- must read for anyone working in the IRS, DMV, or the White House. The Litigeous Asshole, the Holy Asshole and New Age Asshole get their own chapters, as does entire manifestations of assholism in society. Too bad the people who most desperately need this book would never read it

5.0 out of 5 stars Sadly True - Hilariously True, May 17, 1999
By archie@norfolk.infi.net (Hampton Roads, Virginia USA) - See all my reviews
Dr. Crement has given us non-assholes (to ourselves at least) the opportunity to give a book to someone who really deserves it.

Written as a Twelve Step Program, the book is an ideal gift to those with whom you work, for whom you work, or just your neighbor who occasionally shows you the assholiness within him.

I have read and re-read this book and have given away at least 8 to 10 copies to those who I deemed deserving of it, hoping it would send them up the road to recovery. Highly recommended for both reading and for giving.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Book You Must Put Down Every Few Pages - to recover..., June 10, 1999
If you've ever read a book so good that you "just can't put it down," this isn't one of those. You must put it down every few pages to stop the pain from laughing so much. Don't miss reading the cover sheets and introduction either. This book is funny from the front cover to the back.
