About the Author

"How Do We Know the Bible is True?" is another in the "Contenders Bible Study Series" curriculum. These study guides are designed to be used in one of two specific ways. For believers the series provides help by providing answers to complex questions you may be asking or questions you are being asked by others. For the skeptic or one seeking truth, the series provides helpful factual information on difficult issues are regularly asked concerning the Christian faith.

The lessons are designed to be user friendly and to encourage active group discussion. Participants should feel free to agree or disagree openly and honestly, while being sensitive to other group members.

The topics in this study guide include the uniqueness of the Bible, it's inspiration, how the Bible as we know it originated, a discussion of supposed myths and legends, and questions about contradictions.
