5.0 out of 5 stars Best book I read in high school - kept it and plan to read it soon again with my son, July 12, 2008
This was my high school economics textbook - I have kept the book for 20+ years because it is fabulous.

This is a collection of 2 to 5 page stories and essays about topics that are useful to understand... rent control, specialization, how prices should be determined, restrictions on international trade, and so on. Includes the famous "I, Pencil" and "The Broken Window."

If you read this and have suggestions for other books like it, please comment back and I'll see it eventually.
