Perhaps the greatest thing about this book is the fact that Ive never seen it for sale in any bookstore or catalog. There is no question that this is the definitive work on the subject. There are ten chapters which include drug testing at work, what to do if you are arrested, choosing a defense attorney, search warrants and chapters on differences if marijuana is found in your car, home or garden. With over 400,000 people arrested for possession each year, this is a badly needed book. Highly recommended whether you actually smoke the stuff or not.
Book Description
In Marijuana Law, Richard explains marijuana laws and how they can impact upon citizens rights. He describes how people have been arrested and prosecuted and how to increase privacy protections and reduce exposure to arrest.
OVER 30 MILLION PEOPLE IN THE U.S. REGULARLY SMOKE marijuana. Approximately 400,000 defendants each year are charged with the use, possession , sale , or cultivation of marijuana. Marijuana Law describes how people can reduce the probability of arrest and defend themselves from prosecution if arrested.
