This book was the basis for the much smaller book, Cocaine Consumer's Handbook, also by David Lee, which I am a huge fan of and wrote a review of. I haven't yet seen this book but based on the other one, I'll bet its great. Additionally, this book is recommended by Francis Moraes, Ph.d., author of three irreplaceable books on heroin and opiates. That's the best recommendation I can think of. This book can be found much cheaper at [....]and try [....]
