I have used this book to get many new ideas for activities for my senior group. I has a great section of activities for men only, as well as monthly projects and word games. This book also has really good ideas for theme parties and all the tips you need for planning a sucessful event. In the back of the book there is a cooking section with easy to follow instructions. We have used this book many times at our senior center when we run out of activities. Each thing we have done from this book has been a sucess.
