The Complete Martial Artist (Hee Il Cho) Vol 1 , contains a very different training regimine than Vol 2
Volume 1 deals with all aspects of stretching for maximum flexability, weight training with Barbells for muscle coditioning or bulk , both explained . Also nutrition . Food , what to eat , what perpose different food groups have for your energy level.
Of course Vol 1 also shows the Basic stances , blocks and strikes of TKD,as well as Yoga ,demonstrated by Jasmine CHo.
Volume 2 is a very different Book , it show every posible way to kick a Heavy bag on the ground and Jumping ,many of the kicks are outside the TKD Belts, and are from HKD (Hapkido)and FullContact Boxing .Boxing techniques are explained ,Mauy Tae Ring fighting tactics , TKD Sparing , Womens and Mens Street self Defense . Great book . Unfortunately from the Amazon description , i can't tell which Volume the Sellers are advertising , Oh well!!?

The book offers detailed pictures of Master Cho in action. Master Cho correctly goes over every basic kick in great detail, pointing out common errors in executing a particular kick.
