About the Author
Duane Anderson is an anthropologist specializing in precontact and historic period cultures of the American Southwest and Midwest. He is editor of Legacy: Southwest Indian Art at the School of American Research and vice-president of the School of American Research. Lonnie Vigil is an award-winning micaceous potter from Nambe Pueblo.
