About the Actor
Master Mantak Chia is Chinese, born in Thailand. He is the direct successor to the teachings of Master Yi Eng, the Taoist White Cloud Hermit. Master Chia has openly brought these teachings to the West, instructing thousands of students a year in the U.S. and Europe. For this work he was named Chi Kung Teacher of the Year at the first International Congress of Chinese Medicine and Chi Kung.

These two videos are an excellent adjunct to the book of the same name. The meditations are concise, effective, and combine beautifully. These two are really meant as the first parts of a three-volume set. the Guided Sitting Meditation tape is the 3rd volume, and -is- necessary to learn at home unless you want to spend an hour or two a day practicing.
