This cookbook is a collection of recipes from OTHER cookbooks published in the state: Entertaining the Louisville Way, Dining in Historic Kentucky, The Louisville-Courrier Journal Cookbook etc.

Recipes included are: * Burgoo (a traditonal dish served at the Ky. Derby) * Louisville Hot Brown * Kentucky Cured Ham * Biscuits and Gravy
