As a Reiki Master/Teacher, this is the book I suggest my students read before their Reiki I class. It is easy to read, simply written, yet extremely informative. I have many books on Reiki. If I had to chose just one to keep, this would be my choice. I give it 5+ stars!

or anyone who wants to understand themselves just a little better.

This book was recommended to me by my Reiki master. She uses it in her clinic and now I use it in mine.

It talks about the history of the Reiki Usui Method of healing and about the authors and how they discovered Reiki and included it in their lives.

But most importantly, I think, is the interpretation of symptoms at the back of the book which I have found invaluable when working with clients. A thoughful, loving and informatively written book . I recommend to everyone. Buy it, it will change your life.

I have been a Reiki Master for 3 years & have read a number of books on the subject. This is the one I recommend to my Reiki I students over all others. A basic tutorial of the history or Reiki, as well as practical, easily understood techniques for the beginner and for teachers whose intent is to demystify the Reiki experience for their students.
