About the Author

During Irving Younger's illustrius career, tens of thousands of lawyers, judges, law students and even lay people packed meeting rooms to hear his exceptional presenations on trial practice and advocacy.

Younger served as Assistant U.S. District Attorney and Judge of the Civil Court in New York, he worked in three private law firms, including Williams & Connolly of Washington D.C.

Younger was also a Professor of Law at New York University Law School and the University of Minnesota Law School.
