Editorial Reviews

From the Author
WHY IS THIS BOOK STILL SO POPULAR?

All these sales are by word of mouth. Why are people still buying it? Because it addresses one of the major problems of writing for the Web--How to chunk, organize, and sequence your writing. It is the best introduction to my method of Information Mapping. which is the most widely taught method of technical writing in the world, taught to over 20,000 writers per year. (Well over 200,000 have been taught.)

While the publication date of this work may suggest it is outdated; I STILL refer to Horn's fundamental concepts when building knowledge bases and websites. IMHO, Horn was WAY ahead of his time when he wrote this!
