As we go through our day to day life we accumulate stress. We all realize that deadlines, traffic, and hectic routines cause stress but not dealing with our emotions, not recognizing our needs, and not taking proper care of our health also add to this cause. The end result is ill health and reduction of quality of life.

Reiki is a whole mind, spirit and body healing system that makes use of human touch and the energy fields around us. Simply put, the stress and other damage that we accumulate on a daily basis can be recognized as disruptions of our energy. Reiki seeks to clear these harmful accumulations and help individuals learn healthier ways to deal with their problems.

Reiki Plus® Natural Healing is a good basic introduction to Reiki that will serve both those interested in going to a Reiki practitioner or those interested in studying Reiki.
