About the Author
Michael Vinitsky has worked as an organization consultant for more than 20 years in the area of organization change and effectiveness. He was the Sr. Director of Organization Effectiveness for Monsanto Corporation for 10 years and held a similar position at Borg Warner Corporation. He has a Ph. D. in Psychology from the Univ of Minnesota.
For the past twenty years Patti has been partnering with line managers within sales and marketing, corporate and plant locations to build effective organizations and lead successful change initiatives. Patti is regarded as an innovative and highly effective coach in enabling accomplishment of deisred objectives.
