Gourmet Chef Beatrix Rohlsen specializes in vegetarian cusine. On her culinary journey she has collected many recipes from around the world and she has spent a long period of time at Big Sur's Esalen Institute and Santa Barbara's White Lotus Retreat Center where she has created many gourmet meals.
A world traveler, born in Austria and raised in Germany, she is also a painter a poet and a Reichian therapist.
