This is the very best book I have ever read on customer service. Is is a very eazy to read book. I have shared it many other people and have given twenty or more copies to friedns.Friends that I have shared it with that have made it mandatory reading for all of the department heads in the company. This is a great book to build long term relationships and business. I just can't say enough good things about it. Great Job!
