Product Description

"What C.P.S. Doesn't Want You To Know" is a parent's manual for defending your rights and keeping your family intact. It is a definitive guide, with step by step instructions, for parents falsely accused of child abuse/neglect. Includes information regarding your rights as a parent and as a citizen of this country, laws and cases revealing violations of those rights, and what to do before, during and after the battle to keep your family whole. Also includes inspirational stories of "abduction" survivors.

About the Author

The author, R.L. Myers, is a published writer, dollmaker and avid beader. When zealous, misguided CPS workers took her three grandchildren from their home six months ago, this mild-mannered, average citizen was suddenly thrust into a world of greed and corruption from the last place she would have expected to find it:

Her own government.

She not only documented her case and others like it, she began research on what has become a national scandal of government sanctioned "kidnapping" and invasion into the American family. She shares her own experiences and that of others in "What C.P.S. Doesn't Want You To Know", which is a culmination of her research, interviews, and "ponderings". The book is also a handy manual filled with information, steps and instructions for those facing a similar tragedy and for those who may someday face a CPS disaster of their own. R.L. Myers lives with her husband in the Puget Sound area of Washington State.

5.0 out of 5 stars A very good book..., February 15, 2002
By A Customer
...To turn a blind eye regarding the corruption and abuse within our Child Protective Services is to promote abuse. To say it is an excuse book for child abusers is wrong. Many innocent families are destroyed every day at the hands of CPS. There are books on the subject written by judges, attorneys, social workers, and doctors. In a CPS case you are GUILTY until YOU prove yourself innocent. This book should be on your shelf BEFORE you need it.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Must Read!!, August 6, 2001
This book is a must read for all parents. NO parent is completely risk free from having the state child welfare workers knock at their door. This book exposes the corruption in the child welfare system, explains the true motives of CP$, and gives detailed information on the legal rights of the parents that the state doesn't want you to know.

1.0 out of 5 stars What child abusers want you to think...
This book is horrendous. There is not one speck of truth in it. First off, I was expecting a book, not a homemade pamphlet that is way over priced. Read more
