This is a collection of 15 beautiful black and white photographs from surfings past. The photos are 11X14 and beautifuly printed. Only 1,000 copies were printed. Some of surfings most famous photographs- like Greg Noll on the beach at Pipeline, Eddie Aikau at Waiamea, portaits of the Duke and much more. The photographers are John Severson,Tom Blake, Joe Quigg, Tim McCullough,Don James,Clarence Maki and Ron Stoner. A one of a kind collection.

Jack Reinhold is a Los Angeles based photographer who grew up surfing in Hawaii and California.

I was blown away. These are some of surfings most famous images all in one collection. Beautifuly printed with a warm sepia tone. There are 15 11x14 inch black and white prints in the collection. All the prints are loose-not bound-great for framing. Steve Pezman from the Surfer's Journal wrote a wonderful introduction as well.

Although it was hard to part with [money] for a portfolio of pictures, this is really a bargain. Everyone of the pictures is breathtaking. Added to the fact that it's a limited edition...

If you like surfing, or even classic American photography, this is for you.

Anyone interested in the history of surfing will be thrilled to look at this assortment of great shots. All are sepia toned, and don't expect crisp, high resolution reproductions here. What counts is the subject matter, and that's all here in spades. We got the Duke, Tom Blake, interestng beach goings-on at San Onofre circa the '40's, Billy Hamilton, Greg Noll and others. The price is a little stiff, but all are suitable for framing and, looking at it that way, what you are really purchasing is art. If you like surfing, you'll get a kick out of these.
