I remember the morning when I received a call from Dr. Adler, telling me, in a subdued voice, of the passing of his longtime friend and colleague, Dr. John Heller. It is to this great Shroud scientist that T.W. Case dedicates his book. The main portion of the book tackles the 1988 Radiocarbon test.... Case discusses the tests performed by Russian scientists, Kouznetsov and Ivanov. The results of their tests demonstrate the probability that the Shroud is not 700 years old, but close to 2000 years old....This book is must reading.
