"Jayne, I can't even begin to tell you how much I've learned from your books. My husband used to eat junk food only. He now eats like the kids and I do. He's lost his spare tire without even trying! My entire family and all of my co-workers are told about additives/preservatives, refined sugar, enriched flour, etc. I love food and eating. I have so much more energy than I did ten years ago.
