About the Author
Judith Hoffman and Anne Lee have devoted their lives to serving the needs of children and education. Ms. Hoffman has been a member of the North Carolina Wake County Board of Education and served an unprecedented three consecutive terms as chairman. As a member of the Wake County NC Board of Education, Ms Hoffman initiated the award-winning Wake County Character Education Program with Ms. Lee's help. Ms. Lee has been an assistant principal and counselor. She has taught elementary school as well as parenting classes. She has been a presenter at conferences including PREP, Character Education Partnership National Conference, and several national conferences. Ms. Lee has been a character education consultant for school systems across North Carolina.
