The meditation on this CD is great. The music is beautiful, the voice is hypnotic. I play it and float away! The book is easy to read and interesting. I've never thought about songs in the way the book suggests - it definitely provides a lot of good information. I play the cassette with the songs on it in my car and I find it relaxes me even when traffic is a nightmare! I haven't found a new relationship yet but I can feel myself being more open to people and I can see how that would encourage something to happen. I think this is great value for the money - REALLY great value - whether you buy it for the book, the CD or the songs on cassette. I definitely recommend it.

The book that comes along with the package can almost be considered a booklet, because it is not a very lengthy book. I will say that the information contained in the book did give me some new useful insights into how our minds work. The CD guided imagery is good, but the songs that are promised are on a cassette tape. I can't speak specifically for others, but I am fairly sure that most of us no longer even have a cassette player any longer. So, if you purchase this remember that if you plan on listening to the songs, you must have a cassette player. This fact is not mentioned in the detail listing of the product. That is the only complaint i have. Otherwise, its a good purchase.
