The CATCH FISH NOW! concept is simple. From a fisherman's perspective, the ultimate in frustration is fishing a new area for the first time - and spending every available moment learning enough to succeed in catching fish. Based on personal experience, it was clear that this situation could be remedied. Hands-on, how-to books could be written that would eliminate that frustration. Given good when, where, and how-to information, any fisherman could CATCH FISH NOW! rather than later. The concept was born.
In 1991-92, the first book based on the CATCH FISH NOW! concept was published. Called CATCH FISH NOW! in the Destin Area, it promptly sold out. A second, expanded edition sold out, too, while receiving outstanding reviews by both Outdoors Journalists and the fishing public. It was clearly time to expand the concept. CATCH FISH NOW! on Florida's West Coast is the second in a new five-book, geographically oriented series on Florida saltwater sportfishing. It, too, has been acclaimed by major newspapers and Outdoor Writers. The consensus: CATCH FISH NOW! books live up to their name.
