This book is a "must read" for anyone who has a staff. I don't care if it's two co-workers on your team, your shift at the plant, your branch at the bank or your volunteer committee for your civic group. This book is page after page of practical tips we ALL can use to get better results from the people we work with! Thank you for writing this book!
