About the Author
Dr. Warren Umansky is a published Child Development Specialist who has lectured and consulted internationally on ADD, ADHD and "children with special needs". His many works include ADD: Helping Your Child (1994, Warner Books) and Young Children with Special Needs (Prentice-Hall, 1997). He has a Ph.D. from Indiana University and post-doctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology from Tufts - New England Medical Center. He is currently in private practice in Augusta, Georgia and has three children. He has counselled families for over 25 years.
