About the Author
Covey MacGregor, Vermont-born descendant of Scotland's original Clan MacGregor, is a writer and perennial student of linguistics. His unique perspective on English as well as his keen sense for the 'natural' comedy and humor of the language, made their first appearance in the board game edition of Bethump'd with words. He is currently editing Volume II of the book edition, which is scheduled for publication by MLR Books.

This book is fun to read, especially the description of the life of Englisc (an original spelling) told as if it were a person. Even the Bethump'd Lite games are challenging enough for an adult to enjoy.
