As a voice actor, voiceover coach and author of "The Art of Voice-Acting", I'm always on the lookout for good books on improving the sound of your voice. To say this book is good is an understatement! Joni Wilson makes caring for your voice and exercising to improve the quality of your voice FUN! She uses her personal experiences to demonstrate the pitfalls of not caring for your voice and how to recover from damage that may already be done. I highly recommend this book for anyone who is serious about improving and caring for their "instrument". If you sing, act, speak professionally, or simply use your voice to communicate - you need this book!

As a professional Actor,Comedian & Singer I've struggled for years trying to find a method that would give me the power and confidence I needed to compete with others in the industry. Past voice techniques caused damage & strain on my voice.Joni Wilsons amazing voice techniques show an easy & fun way to use the voice in any situation. I reccomend this book to anyone who has to use their voice on a daily basis for buisness. Most of us are judged on our voice everyday and if you don't have control of that, you don't have much at all. This book shows how to take control of that voice and use it correctly. This book has been a blessing on my speaking & singing voice. Some of us were blessed with good looks and some of us can afford to pay for good looks. But we can all be blessed with a good voice if you follows Joni's 3- Dementional Voice technique.

This books contains lots of fun exercises to make your voice sound fuller and richer - giving it depth, width and length. You will find a brief overview of vocal anatomy, just enough to get acquainted with your equipment, but not too much to put you to sleep - there is a reference to books if you want to know more. At the beginning of the book, there is a list of common problems people experience and you can do self-analysis to discover what would you like to improve with your voice and focus more on exercises that help to correct that particular problem. The book is easy to read, the exercises are fun to do and best of all, most of them you can do at any time anywhere, and the suggestions in the book are very helpful.
