Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher
"As a sixty-something editor/publisher whose career has included radio & TV newscasting; news gathering & rewriting for a wire service, several newspapers, magazines, and now books - Kay Kellam's premise certainly caught my eye. It boggles the mind to think about what if newsroom possibilities in the context of unfinished news stories. What did happen to Amelia Earhart? Jimmy Hoffa? Glenn Miller? Did John Wilkes Booth act alone? Did Lee Harvey Oswald? What really did happen to Princess Di in that Paris auto tunnel? Yes, a reporter with a time travel machine would certainly produce a fascinating story - and here it is!"

-- Jack Mayo, Publisher.

From the Author
As the author of a book involving Princess Diana, and the lessons of her life, I am delighted to have the opportunity, in conjunction with the publisher, to set aside a portion of the proceeds from this novel for charity. The lessons of Princess Diana's life were a rare gift, in that she was able to touch millions of lives. I have watched those gifts grow in my life the more I worked on this book and sought to act with and for others as she so often did, and offer the thoughts contained in this book as my gift to others.

4.0 out of 5 stars A clever and fascinating story!, April 6, 2000
By Joanne Fabrick (Dallas, TX USA) - See all my reviews
Ms. Kellam's look at the life of Princess Diana and the turmoil surrounding her death is both unique and insightful, and the multiple levels of the book make it enjoyable from beginning to end. The story also appeals to many different kinds of readers. People who like science fiction will be intrigued by the time travel involved. People who love Princess Diana will appreciate the depth of understanding this story offers us. And people who just like a good story will love the interaction and dialogue. I look forward to more works from this author!

3.0 out of 5 stars not perfect but surprisingly good, June 29, 2000
By A. Burchfield (Conway, Missouri USA) - See all my reviews

I was actually surprised at this book, it's better than I expected. While there were a number of flaws most were small (Diana wasn't called Di by friends, Dodi Fayed didn't use the Al honorific, a few other minor problems). About the worst thing I could find wrong was the omission of just who helped Diana and Dodi in their new life. It seems to me that the Royal, Spencer and AlFayed families would have to assist the time travelers in their efforts. I can't imagine that the Princess could've had a happy life with Dodi but this book is still better than "Whose death in the tunnel?" by Aaron McCallum Becker.

5.0 out of 5 stars Oh Please, it is fiction!, December 22, 2006
I really enjoyed this book. It is FICTION people! Some of the other reviewers forgot that I guess!

I had no previous intrest in Princess Di, but I got this book from a friend, and I really enjoyed "learning" about the person, and enjoying a story at the same time.

I enjoyed the ideas that are discussed in the story, and I think it is a pretty good book! You have to remember that it is fiction, based on history. This is NOT a biography.
