I tried three of the recipes (Mom's Favorite Fudge, Valentine popcorn balls, and Heart Warming fudge) and they did not turn out. The popcorn balls never became balls because they just stuck to my hands. Both fudges remained soft and never got hard enough to cut. As a mom of a child with peanut and egg allergies, I had a hard time finding a recipe from this book that he can have. Try the book "Class Treats" by Lia Wilson. "Class Treats" is easy, nut free, and tasty!
