We can't believe we're still cooking CONSTANTLY from both Easy Beans and More Easy Beans. We have many favorites but a few of them are Tortilla Stack, Black Bean Brushettas, Tuscany Lentil Salad and Kidney Bean Asiago soup. We guess it keeps selling and selling because of the great variety of recipes - appetizers, soups, salads, side and main dishes.

About the Author
Both authors enjoyed successful careers before turning their attention to bean cooking.

For the past six years they have studied and researched the world of beans from preparation and nutritional aspects to exploring unique recipes from around the world.

Ross and Trafford's mission is to convert North Americans into beans lovers.They are constantly talking to the bean timid and encouraging them to plunge into bean cookery.
