4.0 out of 5 stars Very Simple and Easy to Follow, July 10, 2001
By "lindayuming" (California) - See all my reviews
I really liked this video- made a scary task (changing one of my cards) very straightforward. I'm glad I bought this video instead of spending money on the labor costs of a computer repairman. Whats really great is how short this video is- it tells me what I need to know and shows me how to do it. Streamlined it for the normal person- like me! Well done.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great introduction to Computer upgrades!, July 10, 2001
I purchased this video a while back and was extremely pleased. This video is a Basic introduction to computer repairs, which means it's a nice 20 minute jumpstart to computer upgrades and repairs. I found this the perfect pace for me, for I had no idea about anything to do with computers.

I read a review stating that this was kindergarten level, well I assume that's an attack on me, because I had no idea about computers, and this helped me work my way into it! After watching it I learned about my basic parts and was able to upgrade my computer's memory and disk drive with no problems!

I think this video is perfect for anyone like me who just needs to get a straight-forward no nonsense look at how to perform basic upgrades in understandable english.
