My favorite excersize video, hands down! This woman, Jennifer Varno, takes you on a terrific workout through the woods, along the water and up into the hills of California. You forget that you're in your living room! I actually felt like I had an exilerating workout -- outside.

Her personality is so friendly and patient yet she knows how to keep you going -- feels like a private coach that you look forward to excersizing with. Incredible. And the excersizes are creative and diverse; so its fun. I even do what she teaches in the video when Im out on the trails.

What I liked about the workout is that you almost feel the ocean air and smell the redwoods as you go through the cycle of warmup, sweaty workout and peaceful cool down. Feels satisfying. I highly recommend this video to anyone who loves the outdoors but can't always get there. I'd even do this over classes or the gym...who needs the grey walls. :)

What a great video! Bay Area natives will recognize some of this beautifully shot scenery. This tape brings new meaning to the phrase "fitness video". No leotard-clad instructor shouting out 8-counts here! This workout got my heart rate up and kept it up. Jenn's instructions were varied, easy to follow, and all the moves were do-able in my living room. Her constant energy and obvious love of the outdoors was infectious. This video will appeal to a wide range of folks, both male and female; from the beginning excerciser to the weekend warrior to the seasoned marathoner.

This is better than any other workout video out there, by far. You get an awesome workout, and Jenn makes it fun. What I liked most about this workout was the pacing. No counting and no barking instructor. I felt comfortable going at my own pace while enjoying the music and scenery. As I was doing the workout, it made me want to head out into the trails, and she showed me how to do my workouts outside when I can. The exercises are very different, and much better, than the standard exercises you learn from most instructors. I highly recommend this video for your workouts when you can't get outside.
