About the Author
Ellen Rosenberg's Growing Up Feeling Good elementary and secondary school student assembly programs and parent education, and her LIFE 101 programs for college and university audiences are nationally acclaimed. She has given presentations to more than a million students, staff and parents in forty-six states since 1976 and is one of the foremost authorities on the real issues facing todays' kids. A popular keynote speaker, she has presented addresses for numerous state and national health, sexuality, drug abuse prevention, and other educational conferences, including State PTA keynotes in seventeen states.
The author of Get A Clue! A Parents' Guide to Understanding and Communicating with Your Preteen (Owl Books), Ellen has been an educator since 1965. She holds a master's degree in education and is certified as a sex educator. Ellen has taught Health and Human Sexuality at the junior high school, high school and college levels. Mother of a grown son and daughter, Ellen lives with her husband in Long Island, New York
