The result of three years research and numerous on-site visitations, Miriam Kelen has produced an impressive, superbly illustrated, specialty cookbook that would grace the collection of any dedicated gourmet chef.

This is a great book to own or give as a gift. I've made dozens of the recipes with much success. The food is simple, creative and full of flavor. The book contains stories and pictures that make this a very special cook book.
