About the Author
Sally Silagy is first and foremost, a "survivor" of losing a teen child. Her personal tragedy led to the involvement and commitment of writing her first grief book. Sally rose from her pain and suffering to initiate SDS Publishing, LLC - a business formed in memory of her son, Scott D. Silagy. Sally didn't grow up longing to be a writer, but since her son's passing she began to journal her thoughts and feelings and discovered how writing helped in her healing. With the support from her husband, Sally then pursued her self-publishing business where she was fortunate to bestow a legacy for her son. Sally's purpose in life now revolves around the bereavement society. She has even started hosting a monthy at-home grief support group for "Moms of Teen Angels".
