Registered dietician and full-time writer and nutrition educator Marie Dunford draws upon her extensive experience and expertise in Nutrition Logic: Food First, Supplements Second, a straightforward and thoroughly "user friendly" guide that emphasizes the body's nutritional needs as the key to following a healthy and slimming diet. Packed from cover to cover with invaluable, practical, authoritative, accessible information in order to help the reader make an educated choice concerning whether nutritional supplements are necessary to one's personal diet, Nutrition Logic is a sound, enlightening resource and strongly recommended reading for anyone seeking to enhance their health and well-being with nutritionally sound judgement.

1.0 out of 5 stars SNOOZE, March 14, 2007
This book reads like stereo instructions and left me bored and annoyed. I had wanted a no nonsense nutrition book to help me know what the "right" foods are, beyond lean meats, veggies, fruits and grains like everyone talks about. I needed some other options, normal things that normal people can cook. This book talked about supplements as well, and I feel more confused than ever after reading that section. Suffice it to say, this book is now collecting dust on the shelf before I sring clean and give it to Goodwill.
