Book Description
In this book, you will encounter the spiritual wisdom of 123 kids. Their words deserve consideration and contemplation; they are legitimate spiritual teachings that echo the great teachers of all traditions throughout history. In these pages, the classic themes of spiritual life are freshly painted and newly presented — themes of love and death, sanctity and reverence, peace and nonviolence, connection and oneness.

These kids speak from a place of natural and sacred connection to others, to animals, to Mother Earth — to life. They speak with an authority and a directness that are compelling. They speak of God, Love, Peace, and Healing.

Who are these kids? They are from 2 to 13 years of age, from diverse ethnic origins and backgrounds and economic strata. They will inherit the Earth, and in these pages they ask us to leave them a world of peace, purity, and prosperity. They also tell us how. We have much to learn from them.

About the Author
Robert Rabbin is an author, speaker, and catalyst for clarity. In 1969 he began to research the world's mystic traditions while practicing meditation and self-inquiry. During the early 1970s, he continued his spiritual explorations while traveling throughout Europe, Scandinavia, and the Middle East. After trekking overland to India, Robert met meditation master Swami Muktananda, with whom he studied for the next ten years.

Since 1985, Robert has been lecturing and leading Truth Talks throughout the country, mentoring professionals and corporate leaders, and designing spirit- and adventure-based retreats for executive teams and organizations.

He is the author of numerous books and articles, and was interviewed for "The Awakening West," a collection of conversations with contemporary spiritual teachers.

Robert is a frequent guest on radio programs and an iconoclastic speaker who has presented his views at national conferences such as State of the World Forum, Institute of Noetic Sciences, American Management Association, Inner Directions Gathering, and International Coach Federation.

Robert is also the cofounder of Global Truth Publishing, publisher of "The Spiritual Wisdom of Kids."

5.0 out of 5 stars the eternal wisdom of kids, July 9, 2003
By A Customer
Kids have always been able to get to the point of the matter quickly. The authors seem to have done a marvelous job in allowing the kids to speak for themselves. In their simple but beautiful way these kids illuminate the hearts and minds of kids everywhere. As adults and parents we all should listen intently to our kids, all kids. I read this book to a group of adults and kids and learned how similar their views were. I also learned that children would rather be called a kid than a child. I highly recommend this thoughtful and enjoyable book for the spiritual insight and pure fun that it will give you. The book is beautiful in both spirit and looks. It will give you many hours of pleasure.
