5.0 out of 5 stars This new edition is NOT out-of-print!!!, October 13, 2005

(REAL NAME)
Kittredge has written a wonderful book on sales and marketing, from a very practical perspective. It is aimed at small business owners and sales/marketing managers, not academics or theorists. Clearly written and entertaining, as well as informative.

It's filled with real-life examples, tips, role-playing exercises, and valuable checklists. The chapters are organized around the 10 Fine Line Rules and teach you how to create your own "Selling Agenda" to make all your selling opportunities more relaxed and effective.

You can also contact the author through his blog, [...], for more information about the book and his favorite topics.
