A flexible and easily understood guide to information that assists you in improving and expressing your inner self. Full of insight and useful exercises that are easy to use, but very powerful tools for providing self-directed guidance to self-improvement through understanding. I recommend this book to anyone interested in personal growth and willing to do the work themselves at their own pace.

This is an excellent book for anyone who is looking for personal growth. It was easy to read and was filled with many thought provoking exercises. The book covers many unique facets to one's life purpose and advancement. Not only does it discuss goal setting and personal perspectives, but it also helps the reader to identify their support systems and ways of overcoming fears and limiting beliefs. I found the book to be very helpful and I highly recommend this book!
