Whether it s for yourself, or a gift for a client, graduate, or a loved one, this book is filled with ideas for everyday life.

What his mentor taught him, you too can learn and apply, in this highly readable book you ll learn that:

Prosperity or poverty are states of mind that can be changed by the choices we make.

You can take control of your finances and your life by following a few steps.

There are simple, fundamental principles that lead to financial freedom, abundance, and the accumulation of wealth.

There are sure-fire ways of earning more money.

You'll learn that real wealth and abundance aren't just about money and possessions, but relationships, values, and successful life principles. Not just what we get, but also what we give.

5.0 out of 5 stars Timeless Advice from two wise people, August 1, 2008
By JMW, Jr. (Atlanta, GA) - See all my reviews
I have read most of Ron Willingham's books, and respect his ability to communicate timeless wisdom on selling and on serving customers. But this book is different.

This is a story that everyone who wants to improve their lot in life and their finanacial situation will be able to relate to. It is simple, yet profound; enjoyable, yet challenging. And it is perhaps the most beautifully illustrated book in my library.

I highly recommend this book and have given copies to my three adult sons, my son-in-law, and two of my late teen grandsons.

3.0 out of 5 stars A Unique Take on the Traditional Financial Book, November 26, 2007
Reviewed by Vicki Landes for Reader Views (11/07)

Would you take financial advice from a man that lived over 200 years ago? Do you think any recommendations given would be relevant in today's world? Author Ron Willingham thinks so. In his book, "The Ten Laws of Wealth and Abundance: Wherein Are Reveal'd the Secrets of Enjoying a Plentiful Supply of Money" he uses the persona of Benjamin Franklin to relay his wealth laws. The outcome is quite interesting.

Willingham weaves a fictional exchange between the real-life Benjamin Franklin and his main character, Andrew Baldwin. Set in colonial America, Franklin acts as a financial mentor to a young store clerk, guiding him through his ten laws of wealth and abundance. Baldwin progresses over time from poor worker to very wealthy and very grateful businessman thanks to Franklin's direction. Baldwin goes on, encouraging the reader to heed this advice as laws of wealth are timeless and endure.

"The Ten Laws of Wealth and Abundance" is definitely a unique take on the traditional `financial book.' Although it is a bit odd to present modern financial information in the form of a fictional story set at the end of the 18th century, the premise is still intriguing. Willingham utilizes a legendary figure of American history - someone recognized as being intelligent, mature, and of the utmost integrity - to put his financial information in story form. This combination results in a money-management book that's interesting to read with a pleasant storyline to follow.

"The Ten Laws of Wealth and Abundance" is a collection of simple, common sense rules meant to stir the reader into taking a much more conscious role in their financial lives. Easy-to-read and just as easy-to-apply, "The Ten Laws" can be followed regardless of income or knowledge level. Those bored with the typical, sometimes dry wording characteristic in financial books will find a fresh voice in old Benjamin Franklin and in Ron Willingham.

Modern financial advice from a deceased 18th century inventor? That's exactly what author Ron Willingham offers in his book, "The Ten Laws of Wealth and Abundance." Through this fictional narrative, Willingham offers sensible lifestyle changes that will positively alter the reader's view and treatment of their financial situation. A penny saved is a penny earned.
