About the Author
John De Puy is an experienced Business Builder. He is the CEO of Oaktree Ventures, Inc. and has successfully coached over nine hundred company owners and executives on raising both debt and equity capital. John has over twenty five years experience as an entrepreneur, investment banker, management consultant and civic leader. John has written books as well as many articles on three big business strategies that include: Trading Cash For Equity, Ten Steps To Capital Formation, Investigating Alternatives to an IPO, and many more. John completed the advanced management program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. In addition, he has also served as President and Chairman of the Board of USA Volleyball.
