They broadly classify people as Helpers, Challengers, Explorers, and Maintainers. Each group has three roles or subtypes, which the authors explain with short vignettes. The dramatizations, well done as they may be, will be distracting and overbearing for Type A learners. The essential message is that organizations need a balance to function smoothly.
