Product Description
Poetry written with love can leave after a while a sugary taste not so good if one is diabetic. In the other hand, how many pages of poetry have you read which has been wrote in pain? The taste felt in your mouth is the taste which remained there since chilhood, which you can't spit out or wash away. Half of this book is written in poems, having all and each one of them their own sadnes, pain or anger. The other half are short stories, from the WT towers firemen to the boy coming back to a bombed home to the father looking down at his son cuddling a drug's white dragon like a furry companion to bed. It is a sad book, with flashes of ironic humor here and there, but over all, is a book telling a few out there that they are not alone. That "somebody" took a pen and wrote about IT. Not a book of self pity, a book saying that someone tried but couldn't keep of telling who left us with the scars.
From the Publisher
This is book for those that like to sit in front of embers from a fire dying down, with a banked over the knees and a cup beside with someting warm in it. To read and to savor, to go places the reader has been before or never suspect it existed. This is a book for those don't wanting to forget poetry or a short storie with an unexpected twist.
