I am going through the hiring process right now, and this book is one of my frequently-used resources. I purchased it primarily for help with the oral interviews, and it didn't disappoint. If you are looking for help with the written tests, however, this book is a little lacking. I recommend Barron's "Police Officer Exam" or LearningExpress "Police Officer Exam" for this purpose. I bought all three books, and they compliment each other nicely.
