Product Description
A SEXY FEMME NOIR OF A FEMALE 007!

Laurel and her husband Mark live a normal life, till one day Laurel suddenly changes. For reasons she can not explain to herself Laurel finds herself with an uncontrollable compulsion to seek out men for sex. One break in her seemingly ordinary existence leads to another, and in an explosive argument with her husband, Laurel is stunned when Mark says their daughter is not his child.

Soon, Laurel has been reunited with friends and family she does not remember, and a Dr. Celeste Morrow, who Laurel learns is her sister. Using hypnotherapy Celeste restores Laurel's memories of her real life, identity and purpose.

Laurel discovers she is a member of the "Sisterhood", a bloodline of women whose history of seduction and murder reach back over 500 years.

The Sisterhood has been waiting for her return, for only Laurel has the skill to assassinate a sinister but enigmatic Hitlerian madman, who intends to rid the world of undesirables and replace them with a perfect race sired with the aid of his harem of exotic women. To stop him, Laurel will have to infiltrate his organization, gain his trust, and ultimately his love.

Though Laurel still has doubts, she agrees - for the Sisterhood holds her daughter as "insurance" that Laurel will carry out the mission.

5.0 out of 5 stars An Erotic Fantasy with a Killer Climax, February 2, 2005
Sisters are definitely doing it for themselves in The Seduction of Laurel, a
time-traveling odyssey of Laurel, a mother and wife who discovers she is a
member of a centuries old Sisterhood that Seduces Exploits and Xterminates
men unlucky enough to cross their path. Picking up disposable lovers,
hiding from a husband who's anything but understanding, and undertaking an
"undercover" mission to eliminate a powerful megalomaniac bent on ridding
the world of inferior humans, Laurel keeps the pages turning and the juices
flowing as this imaginative story pounds to a killer climax.

5.0 out of 5 stars Criminy Jeezers! This book is AWESOME!, September 8, 2005
You know, normally I am a simple grocer by day, but after reading this book, all I can think about it the possibility that could easily be one of these Women!

Christine Calnin writes the most titilating, stimulating and mind boggling sexual stuff there is! A true guilty pleasure for those of us that harbor a secret desire to be a dominating sexual Womanly creature.

After this book, I may seriously consider divorcing my old-hag wife and flying to Helsinki for that little operation after all! ;)

5.0 out of 5 stars Editorial Reviews of "Seduction of Laurel", March 31, 2005
"Calnin's writing is powerful, fluid and haunting. When it comes to writing Killer Sex, Christine Calnin takes no prisoners."
--- Steve Trotter, author of THE NATIONAL TRUTH
_____________________________________________

"This book sizzles. Christine Calnin has mastered an art form, erotica, that so many have tried - and not been able to crack the code. "Seduction of Laurel" is a great read. I defy anyone to pick it up and put it down before you have finished the book. It's simply that good."
--- Terry Brejla, author of The Don DeCarlo thriller series and Reviewer for the SAN FRANCISCO CHRONICLE
_____________________________________________

"I felt stunned after I finished it and want to go back and reread it. The twists & turns along the way made it hard to put down. During the hypnosis session, you almost could visualize the scene and events as if you were there.

I can honestly say I can not wait to see what Calnin comes up with next. She did a great job with the ending - leaving the reader wanting more - guessing - the comments about the "lies." Calnin also did a good job building the suspense up for the next characters especially "Madame Murder" . The little glimpses of her throughout the book me feel like I wanted to know more.

"Calnin's novel was chosen as our March Book Club pick and was a hit!"
--- Susanne Kufahl, owner BUFFALO BOOKS, Wisconsin
_____________________________________________

"Christine Calnin keeps the sexual encounters sizzling but doesn't allow them to get in the way of the page turning plot.
She also manages to be titillating without being embarrassing. A good read for the beach or the airport, if you dare!"
--- A. Nicholls, Attorney
