If your parents spent hours in the kitchen to make you a tasty meal when you were growing up, you don't have to do the same. In fact, with 10 minutes in preparation time, I made the tastiest meat shawarma using the recipe from this book. This book is a must have for all busy cooks who want authentic tasty food.

I didn't think I was able to easily cook Lebanese food but this book made it possible. I bought several Lebanese and Mediterranean cookbooks but they were hard to follow and they made simple dishes look very complicated. After buying this book I was able to impress all my friends and family with authentic, tasty and easy to make dishes. I recommend this book for anyone trying to cook delightfully tasting Lebanese and Mediterranean dishes without all the hassle.

As a 33 year old Lebanese guy living in the US, this book has been the perfect gift. I have been using it regulary and have been experimenting with many recipes. The recipes are easy to follow and the results are soo tasty. I have been impressing myself as well as my friends, especially since the only thing I previously knew how to prepare in the kitchen was a cheese sandwhich :)
I definitely recommend this book to all the Lebanese living abroad.
