What started as a standard contract to bring a live dragon to a private zoo sees him captured by salvage pirates and forced into riding his dragon in the fights on a desolate, barren prison planet. Okay, now that’s pretty bad. Suddenly, he finds that the dragon can talk to him. Right, well, that’s not so bad. Except the dragon expects to be taken back home. And he doesn’t want to fight.
