A simplified approach to learning the basics needed to start skiing like an expert, applicable to established skiers and beginners alike.

Expert skiers aren't just ordinary skiers who have gotten better, stronger, and more experienced. They actually ski differently from most ordinary skiers. I have tried to isolate the key things that expert skiers do differently from ordinary skiers. First they make round carved turns without any twisting of their feet. Second they make proper use of their poles. And third they know how to ski with upper/lower body separation which allows them to make good short radius turns. I present a simplified approach to achieve these goals.
